Ok....let's start off by making a couple things clear shall we?

First off EVERY SINGLE THING ON MY DOMAIN is copyrighted to me. I am the exclusive owner of everything contained within. It is protected by Federal US copyright laws and international treaties. Under NO circumstances do I, have I, or would I ever allow someone to use an image from my site as their own. If you ever come across an image of mine under any nick other then "MemoryandDream" or some form thereof, it's stolen. I have used the name "MemoryandDream" (memory_and_dream) for over four years. Additionally, every image of mine is branded with a copyright notice stating it's copyright to either drinkdeeplyanddream.com and/or giveneyestosee.com. Both domains are registered to me, and all items within are owned by me.

The reason I say this is it's been brought to my attention, someone took images straight out of my journal and has uploaded them to Yahoo! and is using them as her (his?) own, impersonating me and violating not only Yahoo's terms of service, but international law. This pisses me off in ways I can't even articulate. I have already contacted the user and Yahoo's Copyright Violation department and if this is not immediately rectified, I will be contacting my attorney. Do not kid yourself folks, this is stealing, it IS breaking the law, and you can be punished with anything from fines to probation to jail.

Just a reminder guys that if you see anything of me or mine somewhere, I appreciate being told about it as the person who emailed me to bring this to my attention. This is coming pretty hot on the heels of someone who impersonated me in real life in Fort Myers Florida. Neither instance is me and neither instance is legal. And both piss me off. You wouldn't like me when I'm pissed because I'll happily sue your ass for these violations.

So, all of this is because of this fucking bitch using my copyrighted images AND impersonating me all at the same time. Violating not only Yahoo's terms of service, but multiple US laws and international treaties. I've complained to Yahoo and they replied with a list of six things I need to send to them to prove myself and certify my claim (I mean come on though they didn't even bother to take my COPYRIGHT NOTICE off the images!) but I assure you this will be taken care of even if it means I sue the bitch. (which I will if I have to) Take that you little shit, you stole the images right off my journal, so I hope you read this and know your ass is mine for stealing from me!
